In April, the album “Stis akres ap’ ta matia sou”/ “To the edges of your eyes” is released in Europe. In April, the concert of Eleftheria Arvanitakis at the Vrachon Theater in the summer of 1995 with the participation of Ara Dinkjian and Arto Tuncboyaciyian is released on the Greek market in a special edition with a bonus DVD.

On June 1st and 2nd, Eleftheria Arvanitaki performed the film songs of Manos Hatzidakis at the Irodeion, opening the series of events of the Athens Festival. It was gorgeous nights. The orchestrations were by Nikos Kypourgos, while the direction of the orchestra was by Loukas Karytinos. Vasilikos also participated in the concerts.

In the summer Eleftheria Arvanitaki made a big tour all over Greece. Manos Pyrovolakis was among her.
In July he gave a very important concert in the city of Lorca, Spain together with the Murcia Symphony Orchestra. The orchestration of the songs of Eleftheria was done by Nikos Platyrrachos, while the Symphony of Murtia was conducted by Miltos Logiadis. The concert featured songs from the entire personal discography of Eleftheria Arvanitaki and the audience, which filled the magnificent castle of Lorca, was full of enthusiasm.

The presence of Eleftheria Arvanitaki was unique in both the 2 performances of Nikos Xydakis at the Micro Theater of Epidaurus entitled “Lamentations of Women”, which also took place in July.

In October, the album “Grigora i hora passa” was released. Eleftheria Arvanitaki is the main performer of the songs of Nikos Xydakis based on the poetry of Sapphos (performed by Odysseus Elytis), Kostas Karyotakis, Dionysis Kapsalis, but also on a chorus by Eurippides (performed by K.X. Myris). After 20 years of collaboration, Eleftheria Arvanitaki and Nikos Xydakis present a complete album and the result is magical. The orchestration is by Vassilis Ketenzoglou.
